Rather, the government's Department of Telecommunications issued the order. I don't think its fair.All Indian ISPs are required to comply, and 39 sites in total are being targeted this time. Considering that piracy is rampant in India much like everywhere else, perhaps it makes sense. But several image hosting sites and even the Adf.ly service is blocked.
